New Song: Piezo (Heavy) Content!

Hello everyone,
I spent yesterday afternoon writing and recording this song, which turned out to utilize a lot more acoustic tones than I had expected. All of the guitar parts, except for the overdriven lead (that was the D-Purpleburst Y2D), were recorded with my JP6 Mystic Dream through my Avid Eleven Rack, with various personalized presets. I think the acoustic tones (pardon the one mistake*) came out killer! I hope you enjoy it!

Really enjoyed the tunes on the link...thks for posting.. you had a more productive afternoon than I did as I fell asleep LOL

The JP6 piezo acoustic sound is really good... I wouldn't know it is 'simulated'

Thanks! I was supposed to go out with family, but my wife was sick, so I stayed home instead. It worked out for the best, though, since otherwise I wouldn't have had a chance to record!

Also, this is the first time that I really "bought" the acoustic tones I was getting out of my JP6 as damn near authentic. Just goes to show how versatile these guitars really are!

Was it full on acoustic piezo or did you have a slight blend in there ?

Yes it actually is blended with the middle position.
