Thank you sir-----The Sterling leaves on it's Maiden Voyage today @ approx 6:3o PM ESDT amidst weather conditions of 20% chance of rain with winds from the West@ 20 MPH. This will be Sterlings first gig out side and it's first gig ever. It's going to be quite the event as this will mark our bands' first performance where both the guitarist and the bassist will be using Ernie Ball Musicman guitars. This also marks a milestone in modern History and will be known as "The Day the Earth Rang Clear".
my Sterling is getting love tonight too.....though not a gig..........more a sending off party for my buddies old jamroom........then we get to do it again 2 weeks later at his new house.
have a good show man........and enjoy the beauty of your Sterling.
The Sterling recieves "flying colors" for it's first gig. I give it an "A".
Very even and well balanced sound over the whole neck.
No shoulder fatigue.
Compliments from the Maestro (Mikeller)
Playing ease for both hands
Used three settings (pickups) for different songs -all sounded right
Some girl ran up on stage and tried to seduce the Sterling. I don't know what to say. Something must be "right" with that!
Had to put the bass away really quick when we were done. Our sound people and the guys I set up next to have a tendancy to be clumsy and bump my junk. They better not even think of whacking my bass with thier junk. I'll be pissed!
