Just bought a set of cobalt strings for an Axis, when I went to put on the B string it was way too short. In almost 40 years of having guitars this is the first time something like that happened. I had to open a regular slinky pack to get a B string. Anyone else ever have that happen? It was from Amazon not sure I can do anything since I had already put the bottom 4 string on.

Contact EB customer service on Monday and ask them. I'd take pictures of the packaging as well so they can confirm whether they're legit. Link is in my signature.

Personally, I would never buy strings off of amazon, even if the seller is listed as "amazon". Their ability to control counterfeits is non-existent, and even amazon has been duped by suppliers.
