Hey guys, I'm completely new to this forum and this is my first post so first of all: Hello :)

I'm not a EBMM User yet but I definitely want to buy one in the near future. What catches my interest was the Gamechanger, cause I always wanted a guitar with piezo, one outputjack and the function to switch easily between magnetic and piezo PU.

So now to my question:
Does anyone know if there's something new coming in the near future (maybe NAMM) with a gamechanger in it. I just know the Reflex and Majesty. I love the shape of the Axis, which is very similar to the Reflex, but I want another colour and so on.
So, yeah that's it. Would be great if someone has some insider knowledge or something :)

Cheers from Austria

Welcome to the forum!

As for your requirements, you have already figured out the 2 guitars that fit your needs.

As someone who frequents the forums, and generally keeps an eye out for announcements, I can tell you there is nothing that has been announced or teased for a guitar with a single jack and a piezo/mag selector other than what is out already.

Of course, that can change at any minute.

Welkommen - and, holy crap, another Kevin?

I swear that's the most common name in the entire forum! :)

Just know, the Majesty DOES NOT have the Gamechanger in it. It has the Gamechanger's switching system in it (there's a post in the Gamechanger forum that shows the difference between it and the traditional switching system). PLEASE do not expect to get your Majesty and be able to adjust all polarities and coil placements & combinations, etc. with an iPhone app.

The Maj DOES have a phenomenally fast switching system, and dead quiet as well. The traditional (anniversary) JP has a loud (relative to the Maj) clicking as the the new switch position 'settles' into place, the Majesty has a butter smooth and light toggle - combined with the Gamechanger switching, it's instantaneous and dead quiet.

Anyway, welcome to the forum. You won't be disappointed in whatever you buy by EBMM. I love all 4 of mine. My JP15 is at the top of the list though :)

Don't be afraid of the Gamechanger in Black! It's a working mans guitar in a working mans color. If you want the flexibility of the GC, it's not because you want a AAAA topped case-queen, it's because you want it's versatility for the gig or the studio.

Hey thanks for the warm welcome.

Of course I know that the Majesty has not the Gamechanger in it. That was my fault. But yeah the switchingsystem is very very nice and fits exactly what I need.
The thing is, I don't thing that I need those 2billion pu configs. My main reason to get the GC oder the Maj is because of the piezo. I always wanted to have acoustic sound and normal electric guitar sounds combined in one guitar. Cause it's much easier to switch between pu's than to switch guitars during a song or have a acousticguitar stand with the guitar in it you know.

So I think I have to check out both guitars. The problem is they are hard to get here in austria but I'll try to find one.

Thanks for you kind words and I think I talk for all of us: Let's look forward to NAMM16 for some new awesome stuff.
