Picked this up for a great price recently, changed pickguard, thought Id share for the sub guys!

I'm definitely looking at a lot of Subs lately. Maybe when I hit Buffalo and Toronto this summer I'll find one somewhere.

Yeah Im a Nike guy all the way, I grabbed it to go to rehearse in NYC, the studio is in an are called hells kitchen on the west side, yeah that's the real name for you guys who don't know NYC lol, anyway walking around there with one of my silo specs got me nervous so I have this, but ill tell you it plays as well as any American MM I have ever played! great neck and bends like butter!

Stratty I know they are US made, I meant they are budget MM but they play just as well!

Stratty the finish isn't bad at all, Im not gonna mod it right now or sand off the finish, its slippery, the finish doesn't have any lacquer on it so it feels like a black maple neck and I notice the neck is very stable as well, best bang for the buck for an American MM, the pups are good and I swear it plays as well as my other MMs, the body has no contours so the silo specs hugs your body a little more....great purchase all around, very pleased! Russ
