If this was a second hand guitar I'd offer a few suggestions, but as it's a new one you just gotta contact CS. See your dealer too assuming that he is an authorised EB dealer he should have something to say about it.

I'll try and get some pics up in a few days and post some type of review. The guitar is a lava pearl hardtail with white pic guard and non matching headstock.
