Hi all,

Long time lurker first time poster here. I recently purchased a new jpxi, officially the best guitar that I have ever played, but I have a couple of questions for the gurus.

I have been battling with a couple of the strings jumping on the saddles and going out of tune when bending or using the term. The "g" is the worst offender and I can definitely see/feel that it is moving on it's contact points on the saddle. It tends to go flat after bends and go sharp after dive bombs. (Yes, I have definitely pinpointed the saddle) would I be crazy to try and file any burrs from the saddle or would I void my warranty? Anybody else gone into this area with success?

Again, I would like to say that I couldn't be happier and I am a committed Ernie Ball player. The 20" radius is amazing!...I just need to figure out how to convince my wife that I need more of them!

Welcome to the forum family, Hougie!

Some suggestions...

1) If you are under warranty, go back to where you bought the guitar from. They are supposed to take care of you on warranty issues.
2) If you can't do that, call Customer Service. They are there to help in cases like this. They are the best in the business, let them do their job.
3) Do not file piezo saddles. You could destroy them and that will definitely void your warranty.
