Hello everyone. Just wanted to let you know that I'm part of the Ernie Ball family, and I believe I will be staying a while.
I've had many guitars, U.S. and Korean, and I've been comfortable with some. Well I've always been pretty cheap when it comes to guitars and I would never go over a grand for one.
Well last month I pulled the trigger on a JP6 Graphite Pearl and I have never been happier with any guitar. So a couple weeks ago I got myself a Craigslist JP6 BFR Trans Black.
Well this is where I was sold. The BFR had some issues. It was well worth the price, and this is where Ernie Ball shines. I called EB's customer service and got the parts I needed to put everything right in just a few days. I've never been happier with any customer service...ever.
Well these guitars fit like a glove and look fab. Pictures are in my folder.
Dean every year has a party for players. Does Ernie Ball do something similar?
