Hello all, I signed up for the forum about a month ago and thought that it was time to make my first post. I have been playing for about five years at this point mostly on cheap Ibanez and fender basses. After longing for a bongo after playing one in guitar center two years ago, In may I bought my first one, A lava pearl 4HH. And then of course as I have seen in this forum I had that bass for about 2 weeks before I went and sold 4 other lesser basses and bought the cobalt blue 5'ver with a HS bongo. I will post pics when I get a decent digital camera but I thought I would say hello and thank you in advance for any advice I have or will use on this forum.

Boomer.

Nice to see another Ohioan on here.

Where do you know Bob from, Jack? I met him at a gathering for a different forum; he's a great player and a great guy.

Mostly if you have a bongo and like it we like you around here. :)

This place can become family and if you hang out here long enough you will see that.

BP is sometimes the dad you have to sneak around on so that makes it all fun.
If you get away with it. Chances are you are so busted.

Seriously just have fun here. You do you will find a happy home with the problems of being home.

Life doesn't get better than that IMHO.

We're old internet pals and now real pals. Ben and I went up to Porkopolis over the summer and caught a Dots gig and ate Bob out of house and home.

Hijack complete.

Back to welcome to the forum!
