New Year

On a related note...what MM stuff did you buy this year? What are planning to get next year?

I got a black cherry burst AL, with MM-90's, matching headstock and trem, and I have a used black Al with SC's on the way.

Next year...the sonic blue/rosewood Al custom shop model Derek has promised us. :)

Jon, so is "Ya'll" used in California or are you from the South? Just curious, as a native Atlantan, I always like to see it when someone uses correct grammer. :D

As far as what I've bought this year: I have an Axis SS on order in Pacific Blue with matching headstock and maple fretboard. I went with humbuckers and tremolo and added the optional piezo bridge. My Christmas will come a little late this year. :)

Southern Cal. definitely counts.

I've always thought Ya'll sounded better. Just like, "I'm fixing to post my reply" is better than "I'm getting ready to" :)

Happy (belated) Xmas and Merry New Year from the Great White North to all my forum Bros. I got my AL MM90 and my Silhouette this year, so it was a very good EB/MM year for me :D
 
Santa got me stuff that is to off topic for this forum. Other wise , the NorM foundation was good to me this year. As the chairman, the foundation presented me with a NOS trans purple matching headstock maple fretboard P90 piezo trem sport. Review and pictures to follow.
 
Well, Santa didn't get me jack diddly re: music gear either. However, I got myself (to you know where with the fat guy!) EVH #2 at the end of May 2003 (my purple one), at the end of November 2003 I tried (and later sold) an Axis Super Sport.

My sights for 2004 is a Sil Special, SSS, pearloid pickguard, maple neck/fretboard with hardtail or regular (vintage?) trem. I've got one in my sights right now, and hopefully it will become the property of Darrell real soon.
