Hey thanks everyone. Bovinehost, I snapped some pics of my rig and my SUB5 last night on my phone, but I'm afraid they may turn out dark. Lighting wasn't very good. I'm about to try to get 'em off the phone and on the site. If I can ever get a good pic of the sub, I'll put it on my avatar...I wouldn't want to have to pay any fines or anything...hee hee.

My SUB5...Supposedly the last one off the assembly line, but I've heard there is no way to prove that.

1/2 of my rig. I have a Legionsound 4X10 that goes under this.
BTW...These aren't the pics I took last night. I'm having difficulty finding the USB cable for my phone. The SUB5 pic is from the EBay auction when I purchased it.

Yea, I'm waiting for my new strings to come in, then the Love Potion Number 9 goes on the fretboard. That should condition it right up.

Welcome from the other end of the planet from a relative newbie. Nice SUB5 and gear. All the dudes that hang out here are tops and there's plenty of stuff around here to whet your appetite for another MM or 10.

carped, that's a very nice looking bass, though as mentioned before the fret board looks way funky...
And those pliers, man you must have a big drummer

Thanks guys. I couldn't stand it anymore. I took the SUB home last night and treated the fretboard even though my beloved DR lowriders haven't arrived yet. I just put the Ernie Ball strings back on for now. Fretboard looks 100% better now.

OK...just so you guys don't call the Music Man Protective Services on me for mistreatment of my SUB5...Here she is after a litlle Love Potion #9 on the fretboard and new strings...now if my custom Black Pearl pickguard will ever get here...

Also notice that I removed the huge drummer adjusting pliers. Now if my straplocks ever come loose from my strap, I'm gonna blame the whole bunch of you!
