Do the newer, standard JP6 (non BFR) have stainless steel frets like the JPX and JPXI?

I was told this, but just want to verify.

Thanks,
Jon

According to the website the JPX has:
Frets:24 - Jumbo profile, wide, Stainless Steal

and the JPXI has
Frets:24 - Medium Jumbo profile, Stainless Steal

(seriously, it says steal, whom do I report that to?)

It's not a typo.... The stainless was stolen!

Lol.
I knew or thought I knew that ( that standard didn't have stainless steel frets.
Was told by a dealer that it did.
Weird.
Ok.
Thanks

Jpxi is the only one with stainless. IMO stainless are brighter and smoother. I believe some people are against them because they lack the warmth.

But the nickel ones are still stainless AFAIK.
Just wondering what`s the difference in tone between the regular JP6 and those X variations (evaluations) with SS frets?
Anyone???

Nickel steel and stainless steel are two different types of steel. Can't be both.

Actually nickel steel is one type of stainless steel, i.e some types of stainless steel contain nickel and some other types do not.
