Considering it's the same setup as a 7-string, just without the high e (and the JP7 shows it can be done with a 25,5"-scale) I don't think it would be a problem on a baritone
True, good point.

You guys really heard it here first! Wow, that sounds like it's going to be a really cool guitar. I might have to buy myself one!
Well, the Silo bass IS cool, but as a guitar it's not what I want.
Man, I should have tried to pry some details out of Drew at the Embassy Suites bar.
Haha, that's about as good of a response as I could've hoped for. Thanks BP!
(I have a to do list also, but it's not as cool as "Make a Baritone BFR for John Petrucci")
I've just arrived in SLO and am heading to the Firestone Grill in a couple of hours. I wonder if JP wants my input tomorrow at the factory? Both John's from DT took advantage of a rare day off in LA and made the trek to the factory in SLO...that is pretty cool as it entailed 8 hours of driving both ways. Mr. Myung had never been there and JP loves to visit the troops and get some Firestone Grill Tri Tip.
