I know the Morse is an odd duck and doesn't appeal to everyone but, man, it just feels so great to play.

I agree with you on this. What I have found is that If I play a Morse it will be the last thing I do that day. I just play until bedtime. Sometimes that is what it takes to play Steve Morse Tunes. Which is quite rewarding in itself.
That guitar looks so right.
