Finally got my hands on an Albert Lee HH! Yes, what a great guitar! They are really difficult to find here in the Netherlands, so I went looking in the US. Found this one in Classic white, I believe. My second Ball and I'm impressed, the guitar is really easy to play and sounds alive. And it looks great of course, especially liking the contrast between the light finish end the dark rosewood neck. Enough talk, without pics no guitar!

Indoor lighting makes for a different colour:

Awesome score! I love my HH AL. I totally dig that color too. Would you say the actual color is more like the indoor or outdoor shots?

Thanks Mike, it was worth the wait. A black one would have been nice, but love this colour as well. The trem is also great!

The actual colour is right in between I think.

Sweet!

When I finally got to hold a Classic white in my hands a few months ago, I just loved the finish with the pearloid.

Absolutey SICK!

Personally I would lose the pearloid and go with wht/blk/wht pickguard, but that's just my preference....not a pearloid fan.

That combination of white and rosewood is really nice. And that statement is proposterous about replacing the white pearl guard! White pearl all the way...plain white should be thrown in the fire!
