Here's the Pearl Lavender Axis that I picked up a few weeks ago. Just snapped some quick shots of the heard of Music Man guitars. Anyway, only three Axis of this color have come forward. I'd love to get a peg on how many were actually made! I love the guitar and the color. It screams too!

Nice guitar Ben! I remember seeing one on GC's used section a few weeks ago. I think they had it listed as a reflex by mistake. I'm pretty sure it was an axis in that color.

I think that one was a super sport. Pretty rough shape from what I recall. I have only seen two other regular Axis in this color. Both were in a previous thread I posted. I'm pretty certain there weren't all that many. I feel special!

That's really nice. Congrats.

I saw that one come up on Ebay a couple of times...its the only one I've ever seen for sale.

Ben! Touchdown! Love it! I think you (and I) are in a small Pearl Lavender Axis club! Anybody else have one?

NOICE!!

The Axis just rips everything up. I pulled mine out last night just for a little fun before bedtime, it ended up being over 2 hours of pure enjoyment!

Sometimes a combination of color and fret board type etc looks just perfect and this is a classic example. Congratulations on a superb looking guitar.

Thanks for all the compliments guys. I too thought it a very classy combination in color tones. In fact, I'm glad that it didn't seem to be a popular combination because with just a few of them out there it goes to show that regardless of public reception Music Man has a great vision for their color options.
