Have you done a "sound" comparison between it & your Tribute? I'd be really curious to know if the mahogany sounds much different than the basswood.

At first pass, it doesn't seem that different, but I don't have too many hours on it yet. I'm guessing the maple cap on either version tends causes it to sound similar.
