:eek:wwoooaaaawww!!! really beautyfull my friend!!;)

Thanks David, I will send you an email soon:) And say hi to JM, man he would be all over the trans black one:cool:

Keith,
Nice job, it's a beautiful guitar. The only thing that kept me from jumping into the fray is the floyd. I've had a couple and just can't deal with them. Now if there was a hardtail version of the tribute, it would have been a no brainer.

Anyhow, congrats, enjoy it...

Thanks Fred and well I would prefer a hardtail too but from good sources it is not to be. I love the green though and the sage advice from Derek, plus he gave me a killer EBMM history lesson:D

Very nice, Keith! Loving the birdseye.

Thanks Jeffy I will let you know when the package sails;)

Congrats Keith on a GREAT guitar!

Thanks Jason, could not help myself, resistance was futile:p:p

Very nice Keith!

Thanks my friend Robbie and I were just thinking about you, we so need to get together before the year is up:)

Huge congrats Keith, it's a stunner! Great colour and plenty of birdseye...lovely!
The back looks almost black in that one picture...I suppose the brown is quite dark?

Patrick

Yep my pics do not show the birdseye well enough and it is a chocolate brown, so unique and looks better than black especially the bright colors.

Thanks to all and Sterling thank you, you know how much I respect you your company and all your employees, again Derek and Glen were great and took care of me:) and my wallet:eek::p
As for all the floyd why q's just read my initial posting,i.e. Great Advice from Derek

How does the Floyd compare to a normal EBMM trem? I've always steered away from them because they intimidate me and I've never been brave enough to go for it like you have.

Jimmy,
I steered away from the Floyds also. In fact, my first 'tremolo' guitar was my 25th. While the vintage trem & Floyds respond way differently, I love them both.

Wow another beauty Keith! I could not fault you for not passing up this bad boy. I think you can get around the dislike of the Floyd bridge by just not using it much. There is nothing that will take away the the pain in the a## they are during string changes. I am not a heavy trem user myself, but I do find them comfortable to play and like how my hand rests on the bridge. So try not to think because the guitar has a floyd you must be inclined to use it. After all Clapton does not have his Strats made as stop tails, though he never uses the trem. He just has them all blocked with a chock of wood.
