First, I want to apologize for the pics, it's been dreary here in good old Baton Rouge, LA so I took these indoors and my house has terrible lighting. So the finish almost looks seafoam greenish, but I took the flash off for some and it looks better.

But anyways, first things first, if EB made a signature guitar for Eric Mohring (me) this would be the F'n' guitar to the tee my friends. Everything is absolutely perfect. Feel, looks, options, tone, and holy crap the tone. I've been playing basswood guitars for most of my 16 years and honestly, basswood is so neutral compared to this BFR. I'm in heaven with this thing, I think I actually miss playing it now that I'm sitting here typing this. Haha! Now to be fair, I know I haven't played every high dollar guitar that's out there, but I've played a lot of high dollar Gibson, Fender, PRS guitars and this BFR is it for me. Hands down, best guitar I've ever played. Loving it! Anyways, on with the pics!

Looks great. It's a tough color to photograph. I must have taken 20 photos without ever getting it right.

That is absolutely beautiful! Congrats and enjoy!

I assume that the earlier, more seafoam looking pics were with the flash and the later more dark blue ones were without. Is it safe to assume that the later pics (the ones where the finish is more blue) are a closer representation of how it looks in person? That color is so hard to gauge from photos and I've never seen one in the flesh.

Nice! I recently played one like that but with a quilt top at my local GC. Sounded, felt, and looked amazing.

Thanks everyone!

Phil - Yes, this is the one from Bass Central.

AGT - You are correct on earlier pics being with the flash and later without. It is very hard to photograph and yes the none flash pictures are a better representation of the true finish. But it still looks better in person than these pics.

Larry - Haha! No, we've just been so busy with our little girl and everything that we've never put the sheets back on the guest bed (and coincidentally my guitar stuff shares the guest bedroom).
