I received my Saturn gold Valentine yesterday. Man! What a guitar!!

I spent most of the day playing her as I was waiting for the AC guy to get by.

I am looking forward to this weekend as we have a back to back at local honky tonk.

She has nice flame on the neck and she is a svelte 7#s.

I have tried a couple of times to load pictures but no luck so far.

Oh man! Last night the bass player in my band started rolling the chords to Little Wing in sound check so we jumped in and when I hit that solo I was so channeling Jimi’s sound! I had the coil tap on and it just had IT! I walked off and told the singer, who loves the instrument, that for about 6 minutes I was Jimi.

So that became my go to sound when I had extended solos in vibey type outros.
