I have been playing Ibanez since 1988 but decided to buy a JP12 today and all I have to say is WOW. One of the best playing guitars I have ever played. It sounds amazing. After watching all the video interviews of Mr Sterling Ball on the internet I decided I needed to be part of the Music Man family, listening to somebody have that much passion for their products is very respectable and more important now I own an American made instrument. Thanks Music Man

Wow! Normally I don't have a thing for red guitars, but every time I see one of these they grow on me. Hope you love it AND your new BFR!

Funny you should say that just sold my Ibanez j custom and buying a jpxi
HA! I was just kidding... really.. triple threat!!! why stop now!? congrats ahead of time on the new addition to your petrucci arsenal. They also make a JPX, and then you'll have to get the loaded standards too. Those necks are my personal fav out of all of them, but that's just me! :)

I liked it so much I went back to the store today and bought a jp6 BFR cherry burst

I wish I could say I'm surprised....this is a recurring theme here on the forum...nice move! I'm loving your BFRs.

Well I was at the store and sold my J Custom and wanted to order the jpxi but none were available so I ordered the jpx i hope i like the chambering not sure

You remind me of myself. I just dumped my non-ebmm guitars so I could pick up some more ebmms.

Here is a pic of the two guitars waiting till the end of the month for the JPX, these guitars are amazing I never thought an electric guitar could sound this good and I have been playing since 1988. My search for tone is complete
