Hello Everyone.
Been a while since I was on last....Lets just get to it, Shall we?
JP13, yes it plays great, yes it looks great, yes its all its cracked up to be. The boost, the push/push, The new saddles and tweaks, the rosewood and most importantly the pickups.
Very hard to describe but to me they are miles away from the CL/LF. Not anywhere near the SS/TZ or AN, its got its own thing going on. In fact with my EVH 5150 3 and a Maxon OD I hardly use the preamp boost. The pickups without the preamp boost engaged just sound great. Best way to describe it is very raw.
