Actually NGD was Friday but I've been busy with Dream Theater shows and whatnot, so today was the first time I had to take pictures. It's 8.00pm here so the sun is going down and I think it captures the true color perfectly.

And talk about that color...so rich and full. Against the subtle flame of the top and the deep brown of the rosewood it looks exquisite. I really like that it makes you get up close to fully appreciate the details.

Having lived with the 7 for two years it's great to finally have the a 6, I have a feeling this one will be getting a lot more playing time.

It is a 2008 so it has the old PUP's, but for me that fine, it's still sounds great.

Anyway...to the pictures!!

Congrats , that is one classy looking ax.To be honest it is only the second one I have seen with that finish which is now discontinued. Personally I like when a guitar I own has a hot finish that is discontinued. Because a lot of people want it but cant have it or have to go crazy looking.lol
