Hello all,
I had a small problem with my wonderful Blueberry Burst JP15 so I had to go to the store... I broke the high E string a couple of weeks ago and the piezo saddle shattered at the same time. I am still able to put it back and reinstall a new string to secure it in place and, to my surprise, everything works! Magnetic AND piezo output! With the great help of the customer service I could order a new saddle to replace the broken one (the current one works but if I break a string again I might lose it).
So... I went to my dealer to order the part through the canadian distributor and saw a beautiful JP7 in Mystic Dream (no piezo, no matching headstock, no shield inlays... kind of the opposite of my limited edition JP15 but I really like it).
Wow!! That color is amazing in person!! I had to get it... I already had an order for an Ibanez PM200 (Pat Metheny MIJ signature) but managed to cancel it and put my deposit on the JP7. I am now sold on EBMM.
I had a lot of back problems for the last 5 years and bought/sold MANY guitars to find some thing that works for me and help me manage the pain while playing for more than 30 minutes. Now I only have 2 guitars, the JP15 and the JP7, and I am perfectly happy with them. I just have to learn to play the instruments properly...
Thank you EBMM, you now have a customer for life!
