Yeah, the rosewood neck doesn't help you there. I love the way they feel, though.

You're welcome. Sometimes, a dark burst guitar can look like a solid color unless under direct lighting. This blackburst is not like that. You can see the grain and the burst in any lighting. I am thrilled with this guitar.

I noticed your burst is a bit lighter than mine. I like that. In low light situations like a bar with no stage lighting my burst almost looks solid black. Guess I'll have to bring my own spotlight from now on.

You posted the pics from Sweetwater are they pictures of your actual guitar you ordered? Because if it is you may have gone either way emotionally with the color. I think you got the best of both worlds, if it is the light that's makes that wicked morph!
