How on earth does that stay unsold for 10 years if GC had one hangin NOS it would be gone.

Good question, how did my Axis stay unsold for so long...
The shop is in a small village nearby the larger city (Groningen) where I live. The city has two music stores with high end instruments.

The owner of the small store in the village once bought some high end guitars, hoping to compete with the larger stores in the city, but even people from his own village get drawn towards the city for their instrument purchases.

That's my take anyway. The owner said he had more Musicmans, but they got sold eventually. This was his last one...

He's back to selling Squier and Epiphone now. Oh yeah, and a AVRI'62 strat :)

Indeed! Or i have yours of course ;-)

Great picture! I haven't had time or light yet to do mine justice...

Do you (or anyone else) happen to know what years the hardtails were issued in this color?
