Just came in today...Sterling JP70D limited pearl white with CL/LF PUPs.
What an awesome guitar! Very well build, and the finish is great!

It feels a bit more like a MusicMan as my Stealth Black JP70.

And to make this day just more awesome...the JP Wah came in as well today. :D

Awesome !! I was going to get the jp wah too but I found a really cheap used tremonti wah. I like the idea of just having to step on it to make it work and it sounds good.

I'd love to hear how you like the jp wah.

Very nice! Congrats
How close is it? Had the chance to compare the LIII and the SBMM model in a shop (just holding them, no playing). SBMM was okay but the real one was much smoother. It was lighter and felt better. The neck was different at the neck joint (the neck, not the body). Regarding the price it's absolutely fine but it was a different guitar I think

banjoplayer:
of course the real ones feel smoother, maybe it's the birdseye necks and and the treatment of oil/wax.
overall, the JP70 is a good 7-stringer...didn't want to spend too much money on a guitar, that i only use for two or three songs.
the pearl white one feels closer to the original JP7 i've owned as the stealth black, but maybe it's the body finish, what makes the difference here.

gforce013:
it's an awesome sounding wah!
i did a short video today, comparing my wylde wah with the petrucci wah...
after the video i changed the wah pedals on my pedalboard. ;)
