Id never do that, ive had it from new since 1999, its a floyd rose classic strat and is really special to me.
The silo runs rings around it though in terms of build quality and playability. Never been a big fan of sunburst guitars but this one just oozes class and is quite understated.
Cant decide if it looks like tobacco burst or sunburst.

When did they do tobacco burst?? Certainly this photo doesn't show the black edging that the standard vintage sunburst would have had. Such a good looking guitar!

Its alot darker in real life than in the pictures. The edge is like a chocolate brown, not quite black. Id have called it tobacco sunburst personally but could be wrong.
After a few days of owning it im discovering alot of what it can do. The cleans on neck and middle are stunning while overdriven it is so smooth yet can really scream. Ive never played a guitar with such a useable middle pickup sound, the tone control is amazing too, the tone doesnt go muddy when rolled off.
Im stunned by it.
