Has Musiciansfriend changed their shipping policies? Been waiting 30 days on a Silo Special to arrive, everything in the past takes 10 days or less, usually less, even big stuff. USPS website shows "package services" and electronic shipping information received" onlly as of March 6th. Email MF C&S two weeks ago, they said "it could take 6-8 weeks, and they can track it after 45 days"............not pleased, if I had known that, I would have ordered somewhere else. Ordered some big stuff, amp, pedalboard in the last 9 months, no issues........anyone know if the A-hole is MF or the USPS,....not sure how the USPS can misplace a box like this in the corner, but the USPS has taken extra long before with stuff on multiple occasions, usually when I sell something on Ebay, and even Express envelopes I have shipped taking 10 days. I some retailers use the cheapest shipping available and send it over here on a rowboat, however, MF has never been one of those. Thinking of using Amazon LLC for everything now.

No other shiping options available for APO.......everything else from MF is shipped USPS, everything gets here in about 7 days. Believe me, USPS has pissed me off many times before, if I could go around them without a major hassle then I would.

APO? That's a tough one. Sadly, I'd say all bets are off with regard to shipping times.

USPS is cheap but delivery times are atrocious and the tracking is extremely poor. Maybe MF had to special order one from EBMM as they didn't have one in stock?

Musicisian's Friend is a subsidiary of GC, right? I ordered a cover for my Egnater 6 weeks ago from GC. It was suppose to be here in 6 days.It still has not arrived. Both parties keep blaming each other; disgusting............

I don't know how the law works in the US but in Europe the customer's contract is with dealer, not with the shipper. The customer should only have to deal with the dealer, and not the shipper, when something goes missing. The dealer has a contract with the shipper and if the dealer loses money because of shipping problems (loss, theft, damage) the dealer makes a claim with the shipper. The customer has no reason to deal with the shipper, other than accepting delivery.

And I do agree with Keith, I will never ship an instrument by regular mail. It'll always be UPS or Fedex.
