as you all now, on monday evening i scored this De-Purple-Burst Y2D with the "make an offer" option on ebay. for the EBMM prices here in germany, it was really a good deal i would say. (don´t want to start a discussion about the pricing!)
today DHL brought this beauty. o.k. she had been played, there are a lot of scratches on the pickguard and i had to refresh the neck and give her the Wonderwipe fretboardconditioner twice, but now she shines again and plays great!
it´s interesting how different the flametop appears with different lighting and angles of the camera.
here are a few pictures of the new family member:
no family pictures this time, because the tobacco burst is still at my deal for modification.
