For Euro guys mostly interesting, but nice to see for any Music Man fan!

Yesterday watched first part of Euro-song contest in Germany (what a production!!!) and spotted nice Candy Red Ray5 with maple board, white pearloid PG and white pup cover, ...very visible on the stage!

Well, ...drTStingray..., I usually watch everything connected to the pop music, 'cause I'm always looking for some new "Hit song" to upgrade set list of my band!
That's why I watched Yesterday's semi-final of Euro-song contest!

But this song is really great, singer too, ...OK I admit, this StingRay really kickin' an a**!
In live show was even better "looker" under the amazing light show effects...etc.

This is my No. 1 favorite!

And that is the only reason to really watch the whole thing. Entertainment. It is strange, even surreal but I personally do not know anyone who could stand the whole show. There are too many bad songs usually. It is a good reason to have more drinks though...

Never forget that abba came out of the eurovision ! Amazing song writers and singers and their band where unreal. The bass player used a stingray too I think.

Back when I was a kid our whole country would watch every second of it. It was in every house and on in every bar. We would have to stop playing gigs for every song. Back then it was as big as the xfactor is now. I have wonderful memories of my mum , dad brothers and sisters all sitting in front of a black and White 14 inch tv screaming when the votes came in from the other countries.

I will never forget my mum swaying at johnny Logan singing what's another year ! And my dads eyes popping out at bucks fizz when they pulled their skirts off
She would have loved the glitz and glamour that surrounds it today, so yeah I will watch it not for the strange voting that goes on Now days but because for me it's still just about entrainment, for screaming when your country get 12 points and hissing at the country that gives you none.

Thanks Keko without meaning too you brought back some great memories of my mum

I'm somewhere between DTG and Strummer, quite a bit of good vibes nostalgia associated with the event but not as enthusiastic as the wife and kids.

Ha ha jedward are a bit like marmite !! but there just about having fun, not my cup of tea either but I can see why people would like them
I was playing tonight so I will watch it in the morn, I heard we got through to the final so at least it will make it exciting I'm my house. I am playing sat too so will have to wait till Sunday to watch it

The hole show causes me physical pain. Every year !
So I went to the doctor and asked him what to do about that. He told me to stay away as far as possible from any TV set as long as this show is on. He also told me to rather have a drink and a smoke because drinkin' and smokin' could never do that much damage to a rockmusicians health than the eurovision song contest.

I'm happy to say I haven't seen a single second of the Eurovision song contest, I've been watching the Foo Fighters on BBC3 instead.

I'm sorry to say i chose to watch eurovision for fun instead of foo fighters but i will be seeing foo fighters anyways in the summer but i have to study for exams anyways!
