The UK magazine called Guitar Techniques (£5.99) has a 20 page tutorial and DVD entitled Play Modern Blues. A next step up from your "Blues Primer" showing blues licks in the style of Bonamassa,Mayer, Beck, Cray,Ford and Carlton ...and more. Well worth the money and some great ideas/licks/scales to learn from.

I recommend it.

I had a good look at this last night - some great Larry Carlton and Robben Ford licks to get my head around and some nice little chord progressions - so £5.99 well spent !!
