Although I'm mostly a metal guy, none of the "metal" guitars really do it for me... I'd probably play ESP, Godin, Edwards, a Fender showmaster or one of those archtop teles, or a fender mustang. All of these would have wilkinson trems instead of the usual, unless they are hardtails. And of course, my own chouce of pickups.

Wow, I sure am glad EBMM does exist, no one else has what I want :p

I used to play Theremin a bit, but it wasn't getting alot of use live, so I sold it. It was great fun though.

Sorry if this has been posted before but i was wondering what you guys would play if EBMM weren't around!!

As far as guitars, I have a 'big person' Strat too which I love. I also have a variety of mini-guitars that I play all the time: Wechter, Yamaha, Fluke (uke), & Lotus.

I was really tiring of my Ibanez. If not for EBMM, I probably would have picked up either another Stratocaster or a Gibson SG. I like the Silo much more than the other two!

My JS is a great axe - an old sentimental fav too. - I have gone off floyds, but the edge / lo-pro is pretty good.

The ESP is also nice. - great quilt and sensational build quality.

I guess I would have tried to save some dough for a Tom Anderson Superstr@t or maybe would have given an ESP a try... Who knows...

But hey - lucky me that a certain Sterling B. from Californ-eye-aye decided to buy and further develop Musicman ! ! ! ;) I could not be happier.
