In an effort to convert my guitarists to the ways of EBMM - I just purchased Silverburst's Rosewood Axis so my boys could try it out. Hopefully I can convince them to stop playing their Andersons, GLs and Fenders.

If they don't - then I have an Axis all to myself.

Am I a great guy or what?

Hey Rex - would you mind posting a pic of said guitar?

Thanks

my bassist did it to me as well. He's been playing stingrays for years. And he talked me into my Luke. I only wish I tried one years ago. I now have a silo special on order. I'm sure your bandmates will follow your lead. Good job.

Yeah, I was in a band and got the other guitarist AND bass player converted over to EB. I was super happy because finally we sounded good... tonally. :)

I haven't had any luck. Our bass player has been unable to pick up his bass in time for rehearsal a few times. I had brought my Stingray for him to play. He liked it OK, but perfers his Peavey Fury..... maybe because he has had it for 20 years. I thought he sounded better with the Stingray though. ;)
