No headstock logo -- Is this a legit Sabre ?

Curious -- how much did you end up spending for this? So weird that they would replace the neck. I guess the original neck must have been damaged.
 
I would assume that making a custom neck elsewhere vs order a replacement of damaged one from EBMM wold not save you that much more, so why do that...
 
agree, if it was damaged you could return the damaged neck and EBMM would make a new one and I can't imagine it being much more expensive than elsewhere. So maybe the owner didn't like the EBMM profile? Who knows...
 
Yeah, maybe they really wanted an unmarked fretboard, sold the original neck to fund the custom made replacement?
 
Yeah I wish I could A>B it with another Sabre. I will say that coming from my Luke this neck feels like it has speed bumps for frets comparatively. Bends are super smooth due to them but I'm not sure I'm a fan of them right now.
