I am a proud owner of a 2021 limited Ernie Ball Music Man JP15 6 String Quilt Top Trans Teal Sparkle Back Gold Hardware that I purchased in June 2021. Since 2 days the guitar is no longer producing sounds when plugged in. Swapped the battery to no avail. No signal is coming from the guitar to any amp or audio interface. When plugging in my JR7 Cutlass, I get perfect sound. So I know the problem is with my JP15. Just can't figure out what's causing it.

Wanted to use the EBMM contact form to ask for help but the form isn't working for some reason. Since I'm based in The Netherlands, I'll have to try physically calling customer support in my late evening hours. But before I try that route, perhaps I could get some pointers from the forum on how to potentially fix this myself. Anyone here has had similar issues? If yes, how did you resolve it?

Hi there- sorry to hear about your issues (though that sounds like a killer guitar ...)

Does this happen with both output jacks? If you plug a mono cable into the stereo out, it should bypass the preamp.

Ok- at this point I would probably have somebody look at it. Your best bet is still to contact customer service, or have someone local take a look at it. If you can't use the form (it is working for me- maybe try another browser or disable any extensions?), then try calling.

If that still doesn't work lmk.
