BTW - I'm 50 and damned proud of it. There's only one alternative to getting older and I'm not ready to die.

Non-Bongo owners: About 17 percent are over 40.

Bongo owners: Well over half are over 40.

Hey, let's not call the null catagory "Abstain". Let's call it "Hanging Chad" [no offense intended to anyone named Chad, of course ... ]

Um...all you have to do is click on "View Poll results." I didn't vote, but I had no problem seeing what the results were....

I think we have enough responses....

Here's the result:

- More than 50 percent of Bongo owners are over 40. (Poll has 44 votes total)

- Only 20 percent of those who do not own Bongos are over 40. (Poll has 40 votes total)

Which proves one of three things:

1) The original premise is correct, that older people care less about appearances or convention than younger people do, and so are more open to buying a "different' bass.
2) That older people are wiser and more discerning, and therefore more impressed by the Bongo's awesomeness.
3) Absolutely nothing, since the poll is self-selecting and has no control.
