I thought this would be allowed as James Brown was such an influence in Soul and Funk music for so many over so many years. He passed away at the age of 73 after being admitted to hospital with pneumonia and died at 6:45am GMT

yeah it's sad - Charlie Drake died too on Xmas eve I believe.

Still I had a new niece born at 3:30 xmas morning.
