I know (or at least I think) NOS stands for "New Old Stock".
But what exactly does that mean?

It's a guitar made some years ago, but never played (and never sold). Thus it's new but with an "old" conception.

Well there you go a few left, i have dealt with Rainbow guitars before, not on a guitar purchase but other items, decent guys to deal with, but they are still asking original price for it, its on their website.
