This is the guitar I referred to back in this post-
http://forums.ernieball.com/music-man-guitars/59026-save-balls.html

I didn't want to give any specifics until it was in my hands and checked out OK.
It's a 2011(?) GC special AL MM90 :)

Now I get to spend some time seeing what all the fuss is about...

This came from Florida. Couldn't believe how dried out the neck/fretboard were (right side before oiling...)

The black is badazz...but a finger-smear magnet for sure! Was toying with the idea of changing pickguards before it showed up, but now that it's here...it looks perfect as is.
Well done, MusicMan!!

I'll add more as I get time...

I'm speechless! Those MM90s make that thing look so bad a**!! I'd be hitting that fretboard with a toothbrush and some lemon oil post haste if she were my guitar :)

That most likely has a mahogany body and was a GC exclusive. One of my favorite guitars we've ever done.

Right you are, A.J. :)

I have a couple of other p90 gits, but as usual, this ball has it's own thing going on...gonna take some time to explore the different voicings...
Good times!
