Hey Everyone,

I was wondering if it were possible to order a NON stealth bass with the stealth hardware and pickups from the factory or would I need to buy all of the hardware and pickups separately and then put them on the bass?

Sorry if this has been asked before, I did try the search function and didn't find anything.

JMHO but I dont think either are possible outcomes.

This sparked my interest because I had seen the White SLO special with the stealth hardware in the for sale thread

I believe they've done one-offs before. I think the guy from The Perfect Bass had a white Bongo with black hardware.

As a previous owner of that bass, but not the modder (he might stop by and confirm) it was as suggested, a combination of two basses.

The only way to do this is by ordering 2 basses (one stealth, one non-stealth) and swapping the hardware.

Neither the stealth hardware nor pickups are sold separately.

Or get a stealth, sand down the neck finish and refinish the body with your color of choice.

thank you for the help guys, I really appreciate it. I just wish I had the money to have one ordered that way back when I was eligible to be an endorser, but thats part of being in a touring band (before getting super big) I guess.
