Actually if you read the description he's pretty honest about it, so anyone who knows EBMM knows this isn't an EBMM!

Y'all, eBay has been my music store; if it were not for eBay, then you could take EVERYTHING that I have and make it go away. I have had no issue with any of the items that I've bought to this day.
It's all about buyer beware, know your seller, and never deal with anyone -10 feedbacks (at least that's what I do!), and if it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is.
Still bummed that that EVH isn't real...![]()

I wouldn't even bother writing to this jerk in the first place - an email or two to Ebay, they get you to fill out a form, and you're part of Ebay's VeRO (Verified Rights Owner) program. Then all you have to do is send them an auction number with an electronic form they supply you and BAM! they'll pull any auction without even giving the seller a warning... I do it all the time to auctions that copy text from my website verbatim, and Glen at Jemsite has auctions pulled frequently that use his pictures without permission. Surely EBMM could use the same program to defend their good name...blackspy said:Update: The guy has updated the description in his auction, he goes into some of the flack he's received so far about the auction.
