Having said all that, this is the greatest Majesty I've ever seen. I didn't know that there was anything like this out there. It reminds me a lot of a piece of Sapele that i bought from ebay to make a few hobby pieces from...the color of this matches the unstained color of the Sapele almost exactly. I love it! And the quilt! I thought I caught a little foreshadowing of some quilted maple to come in one of 2019's NYNGD posts. Wow.

Wow! This year was mostly Majesty, but it's not surprising. Thanks as always for sharing your collection with all of us. It's something I look forward to each and every year.
