All veggie these days. I love my smoker. Anyone have experience with the Primo stuff. I run a ceramic and that baby really holds the heat.

Now I primarily do my summer veggies on it then dehydrate them from there. the flavors really concentrate. Makes for the BEST soups and stew flavors every. The possibilities are endless.

If you get a chance try some guavawood.

Love the site. Makes me wanna get another smoker , lol.

My goal is to buy a house this year and if it happens, I've been wanting a grill. Can I order one in Black Sparkle?

Just been going through the site and it looks awesome BP! Best of luck with this new project. I'm constantly hungry looking through the vids and pics even though I just ate hehe. I will have to get myself a grill and start doing this stuff myself!
Thank goodness I am not a vegetarian!!! :D

So uhhh... do I call Customer Service for the exact specs on Tri-Tips?

The food looks delicious, and I'm so excited for barbecue season.

Now where is that excessive drool button?
