Ok, first of all, this is nothing compared to adouglas' recent request.

Everyone here is well, even though we sometimes feel like death!

Our issue is that we are only about a month and a half away from losing our new house!

We can't actually purchase it outright until we sell our condo. And the market is not helping at all!

Paying 2 mortgages since November has us in a fix.

And may lead to the eventual sale of my only two Balls!

Now, everyone assume the full lotus position (OUCH!), close your eyes and chant this mantra!

SELL RITCHIE'S CONDO........SELL RITCHIE'S CONDO........SELL RITCHIE'S CONDO........

The good vibes here seem to make things happen, and so, I figured it can't hurt to ask!

Therefore, if everyone would aim their good vibe antenna toward the high desert here I would appreciate it.

And if you don't bend that way, just keep us in mind when you say those prayers at bedtime.

Me, I'm off to a church, mosque, Buddhist shrine, and a synagogue this weekend just to be sure!

On a positive note, I've seen about four brand new homes get sold in the last month around the corner from my home... low to mid 400's I'm guessing. (I live about 10 miles from RitchieD!) I think the market is (or could be) a LOT better and agree, the talking heads and papers are sucking the market dry. Elections.
