I'm glad to hear it, Chuck.

The world needs you around for many, many more years to come.

Congrats, Chuck.. I'm down 23 lbs myself.. and I'm still having the beers! I just started eating a little better and getting more exercise.

As for your pictures.. fear not! We can always photoshop your old body into the shots! :D:D

Way to go for dropping the pounds! I have to join in this one too! I've lost about 30 pounds over two months just by not eating after 7PM and walking (fast..almost running) two miles in the mornings before work!

I got rid of over 130lbs of excess flab between 1999 and 2001.

One negative is I did have to buy her a car as part of the divorce agreement!!:p

I been trying to exercise more not necessarily to lose weight (although I could lose 20 lbs easily enough) but just too feel good and keep the old heart going...

Good job Chuck for sure. That is unless you sober up enough to figure out you aren't really left handed. :D

Last night at the local blues jam I took my wind controller rig but they were short on bass players so I played a set on a right handed bass. I flipped it over and after a few bars I didn't even notice, I'm going to keep my eyes open for a 30th anniversary now! :D

Wow. Chuck, that's impressive. I struggle playing the right way around. But..... How will the people of Lefthanzia be able to recognise their king??? Does this mean abdication???????

Chuck, congratulations. Makes a hot guy that much hotter. And I'm always impressed by people who use the examples of others to better themselves. But, as has already been mentioned:

NO FULLY CLOTHED PICTURES, NO WEIGHT LOSS!!

:D

Your pal,

Squid
