His new CD is called, "Fuzz Universe" and was released in August.

This is another All Instrumental CD

The title track is over 7 minutes long and is a great finger workout.

I bought the DVD for, "Get Out of My Yard". His break down for each song was great and I loved his funny explanations.

I heard he was the Dean for GIT in Japan now (??)

this album is fabulous, its the 4th week I keep listening to it that is pure music
and guess what in Dec 3th Paul Gilbert is playing 160 km from my town so I'll see him live.

I think Paul is the coolest guy out their, and not every great player can teach but boy he sure has a knack for both. Does anyone know what he is using to get that tone I am crazy for on the solo to Green Tinted Sixties Mind and Norwegian Cowbell.

Probably his flanger. I've tried one. It is very very cool.

As far as i know he used ADA MP-1 Preamp and great ADA Flanger (mentioned above) during first 2 MR. BIG albums.

As for the cd, i prefer his tunes with lyrics. Also his versatility at performing different genres of music like no other players could,always impressed me.
