Sat in with my Dad's band this weekend with the Ice Blue Bongo. Bass player in his band liked it so much he played it the rest of the show. It absolutely killed with his Hartke rig. I am yet to introduce him to Markbass. That is my dad on drums with his custom drumset he built. JOSH
From last month, birthday party gig for yours truly. The band's name is Fetish and we do classic rock covers that most people don't do. If you know what I mean.
first set from our high school's production of Smokey Joe's Cafe in which the rhythm section and tenor sax from the pit are on stage for the opener of the second act. don't mind the preposterous hats View attachment 8079
This isn't really a gig per say but my wife took some videos of me practicing on my Sterling bass. These are the very first videos taken of it so I wanted to share them with you all. The two songs are from a band called Crystavox but it had been a while since I have played these songs so I was a little rusty. Also on the song called The Big Picture, I totally blanked on the bass line to the bridge so feel free to goof on me.
here is some pics of my last gig... My ball was just amazing... The soud engineer was totally amazed by my sound...and so did I!!!! The Sterling into a SansAmp RBI, direct to the mixing board... WOW!!!! And we had a good time there!!!
we played here a few weeks agao at our singers party and we got asked back, its very small but such a blast to play.right on top of the crowd !! really enjoy playing here.
