sb,

Your stance is money, form is good, I like your shirt, of course the bass is tight but, and I mean this with all due respect, your singer is HOT!

Thanks guys! Yeah, not only can she sing, but she's easy on the eyes. The best part is, she's just like one of the guys. Helps set up and tear down, no Diva attitude at all.

We played a corporate show last week with everybody in attendance wearing white. Well, we wore white in the first set, but we didn't comply in the second set LOL

Warning: Old fat guy with space age looking bass

Mark... where's your trademark incredibly loud shirt? Does this mean I've taken over the mantle of Most Questionably Dressed EBMM Bass Owner?

I was somewhat constrained by the dress code for the event. Even for our Stones set we had to wear all (or mostly) white, and for the second set we chose all black just to contrast with the white attired audience. Rest assured, the loud shirts get a run most other weeks of the year LOL

Thanks man. The guitarists both own 70's Ampeg heads - a couple of V2s and a Gemini - their cabs are wearing Ampeg badges but are actually Fender bandmaster 2x12 cabs (much lighter than lugging the SVT 810 cabs the Stones used). And I'm really cheating - my cab is an Epifani UL610 with some Ampeg cloth on the front, but the Ampeg head on top is not plugged in - at this gig I'm running my Markbass TTE 500 head, which is sitting on the stage next to the cab.

I've never liked Sky Blue in pictures, but hanging on a bass player. That color looks damn good.

My band opened for the Young Dubliners last night for New Years Eve. It was a fantastic show. The Dub's killed and if you ever get a chance to seem them, do it. Here's a couple of pics of our set with my roasty Bongo 4H.

NYE gigs are the best! (Love your pickguard too… last night I wore leopard shoes and tie.)

I have no pics from our show, but it was great. Usually you have to warm up the crowd a bit, but not last night. The floor was packed from the very first song.

Man, I love doing this.

OldManMusic,

nice shots from a nice gig! ;)

I envy You and adouglas too this time, ...first time after many years I was NYE gig-less! :(

Damn recession over here, ...our price was to high, but we 'couldn't play for a less money!

Happy New Year all of Ya guys and for gig-less musicians, more luck this year! :)
