2008 Finishes & Pickguards

Here are the new colors that were displayed at Summer NAMM 2008. These finishes all have a nice amount of flake and pearl. They are available on all models except the Steve Morse Y2D and BFR series. The Pearl White will not be available on the Axis or Bongo line. I'll probably get some more photos up soon too. Enjoy!

Those are some truly gorgeous basses. I especially love that quilted-top green one with the maple fretboard.

By the way, how do obtain one of these? I was always under the impression that only a handful of the BFR instruments were made and then never again.

Oh, come now, don't you know that green basses don't sell?

:p

nice work, folks!

Not-so-subliminal hint:

A Ball Family Reserve Bongo would be, like, really sweet. Really.

BFR BONGO! BFR BONGO! BFR BONGO!!!! ...Maybe later. ;)

I'm happy with BFR Sterlings for now. Nice job guys. :D

Wow - I think my plans to get a Bongo has just been temporarily shelved!!!

Are these Sterlings going to be limited? Or like the Pets are they going to be regular production models? Need to know how limited things are gonna be and how much time I have to get one! :D
